Dear classmates:
Twenty years ago we were...well...we were 20 years younger, for one thing. We were also Glencoe High School's Class of 1999. Now that we're so much older—and wiser!—the time has come to celebrate with our 20-year high school reunion.
Please save the date: Saturday evening, August 17 at the Jupiter Hotel in Portland, Oregon. To get this party started, we ask that you reserve your spot with a contribution of $65 per person. Please pay here.
This is a limited-time offer that will cover the venue as well as food and drinks. The price of admission will begin to increase after April—and you must purchase a ticket in advance to attend the reunion. If you're interested in booking a room at the Jupiter, use this link for a discounted rate.
You're very much welcome to bring a guest to the reunion, but we'd also like to keep this an adults-only affair. In addition to the Saturday evening gathering, we will organize a family-friendly potluck that same weekend. More programming details will follow in the weeks ahead.
Lastly, Aaron Bass, Chary Warner, and Joel Weber have volunteered to organize this year's event. Should you have any questions or suggestions, please contact them at glencoe99reunion@gmail.com. You can also find the Facebook reunion page here.
In the immortal words of Ferris Bueller: "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." This summer's reunion is one engagement you definitely won't want to miss. We look forward to seeing you in August!
Sincerely, GHS '99 Senior Class
